Being good at something requires that you keep up with positive habits every day.
With this app you can enter up to 5 positive habits that you want to keep.Click "Affirm" and you will see a suggestion with a habit and a time period(15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes).
Settings are available for the possible times that you want to see suggested.
This is the first version and I encourage suggestions, criticism, and definitely bugs.
